This filling line specially produce 5 gallons barreled drinking water, those types (barrels/hour) are: 100 type, 200 type, 300type, 450 type, 600 type, 900 type, 1200 type. It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit.
In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically.
This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy, also this line can automatically carry out barrel feeding, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging.
It is a kind of barreled water auto-producing line. Which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.

Rinsing Parts

It absorb in high technology from aboard, by adopting gyration method on rinsing device, it can automatically complete working process from bottle entry, bottle rinsing, water removing to sanitized bottle out.

Filling Parts

It is used in filling non carbonated water in plastic bottle. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles. It works automatically and the speed can be adjusted to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.

Capping Parts

It connects with transporter and capping machine in line. Bottle is transported to capping machine by conveyor belt, after capping, passed by medium stand, transported to capping machine by conveyor belt, automatic cap-dropping equipment drops cap very well to seal cap. After sealing, conveyor belt puts out bottle.
