The juice filling machine is used in hot filling and sealing of tea, fruit juice drink and etc. The machine integrates washing, filling and capping together. It is good equipment for hot filling with scientific and reasonable design and easy operation. The machine adopts bottle neck blocking and filling valve rise-drop design, and it satisfies for 95℃ hereinafter hot filling technology demand. The function of fluent and fast filling action, high filling precision, reliable capping and low material loss makes it effectively prevent secondary pollution of the neck. lt can achieve the replacement of different bottles only by exchanging equivalent parts. It adopts person-machine interface touch screen. PlC transducer etc advanced control technology with high automation in the whole process. The machine main electrical parts are from famous international manufacturer.
Washing Part Features
- Into bottle way is flat conveyor cooperated with bottle feeding screw.
